Smoking reduces a man’s lifespan by 2250 days(6 years) and Cigarette smoking alone accounts for 4,00,000 cardiac deaths a year. 
The incidence of heart attack is ten times greater than non-smokers. Also greater chances of Sudden Death during a heart attack in a smoker. 
Smoking increases the level of serum Cholesterol and thus the risk for Heart Attack Increases. 
Tobacco smoke actually contains more than 4000 known chemicals.
