Saaol, your own organization was started in 1995 with a vision of treating heart disease without surgical procedures - by removing the causes of heart disease by lifestyle, diet changes along with medical therapy. We can call it a conservative therapy without any alteration of the natural structure of the body. It worked well and for huge number of our patients. We basically could spread ourselves because of the word of mouth. We have now grown to 110 centers in 22 states of India and 4 centers abroad. We have now successfully treated about 5 lacs heart patients successfully. Saaol now offers four kinds of treatments – Lifestyle changes, Medical management, Natural Bypass (ECP) and Saaol Detox Therapy. Plus we offer Ayurvda and Homeopathic medicines to heart patients as an additional treatment. Saaol is also manufacturing all allopathic heart related medicines of a very high quality for its patients. Since there are no middle men or advertisement expenses these medicines are almost half the market cost. SAAOL also has two more NGOs – Saaol Heart and Research Foundation Trust (SHARFT) and Punyya Heart Foundation. The aim of these organizations are to get Heart care knowledge to people in general or masses.

Taking Non-Invasive Treatments to Maximize Cardiovascular Health

Cholesterol for heart health

The well-being of our hearts, the incredible organ responsible for pumping oxygenated blood throughout our body, is paramount for overall health. It is crucial to prioritize heart health through healthy lifestyle choices and preventive measures. In recent times, non-invasive treatments have gained recognition as effective alternatives to invasive surgeries like bypass and angioplasty. This article explores the significance of heart health, strategies for its maintenance, and the advantages of non-invasive approaches.

Non-Invasive Techniques Offered by SAAOL Heart Care

  • SAAOL Detox Therapy: SAAOL Detox therapy eliminates toxins from the body and enhance overall health through consumption of natural foods, juices, and supplements that aid in detoxification. This helps rid harmful substances, promotes heart health and helps prevent heart disease.
  • Zero-Oil Cooking: The SAAOL Heart Care program emphasizes the significance of zero-oil cooking. By eliminating oil from the diet, you can reduce your intake of unhealthy fats, subsequently lowering the risk of heart disease. Encouraging cooking methods like baking, steaming, grilling, and boiling promotes healthier dietary choices.
  • Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP) Treatment: EECP treatment is a non-invasive procedure that enhances blood flow to the heart. It involves using inflatable cuffs on the legs that rhythmically inflate and deflate, improving circulation that helps reduces angina symptoms, enhance stamina, and stimulates the growth of new blood vessels.
  • SAAOL Yoga for Heart: Yoga, a centuries-old practice, offers numerous health benefits. SAAOL Heart Care incorporates yoga postures, breathing exercises, and meditation techniques to effectively reduce stress, lower blood pressure, improve heart function, and contribute to overall well-being.

Maintaining Cardiovascular Health through Non-Invasive Methods

Benefits of Non-Invasive Methods

  • Reduced Risks and Complications: Non-invasive methods provide a safer alternative to invasive surgeries, minimizing risks and complications. This makes them suitable for individuals who may not be ideal candidates for surgery.
  • Expedited Recovery Time: Non-invasive treatments often involve shorter recovery periods compared to invasive surgeries. This allows individuals to resume their daily activities sooner, facilitating a quicker return to normalcy.
  • Minimal Side Effects: Non-invasive methods are known for their minimal side effects, making them a preferable option for individuals concerned about potential complications.

I cannot express enough gratitude towards SAAOL Heart Care Treatment and Dr. Bimal for the incredible care and treatment I received. I was suffering from extreme chest pain and couldn't even walk properly. It was a terrifying experience. I underwent angiography at RN Tagore Hospital, where the doctor strongly recommended an immediate bypass surgery due to severe blockage in three areas, all of which had 99% blockage. Desperate for a solution, I reached out to Dr. Bimal, and he promptly guided me through the process. He conducted a TNT Test and started my treatment under his expert care. Fast forward to 2019, and I can confidently say that I have experienced a miraculous transformation. I am now able to walk without any discomfort, feeling absolutely fit and capable of carrying out my daily activities. Following Dr. Bimal's advice, I have embraced a healthier lifestyle. I dedicate every day half an hour to morning walks and another half an hour to Heart Yoga. Additionally, I have completely switched to zero-oil food, which has had a profound impact on my overall well-being. What sets SAAOL Heart Care Treatment apart is the personalized attention and dedication of Dr. Bimal himself.
