Soyabean : Cholesterol Lowering Food
Soya flour can be mixed with wheat flour for chapati making. 25 gm of soy protein a day may reduce the risk of heart disease. Soyabean, Soya milk, Toffu(Soy Paneer), Soy flour are the sources of Soya Protein.
